Paducah Recovery Support Leaders

We believe true healing comes from those who lead with heart. Our program was built for therapists who feel called to guide, teach, and inspire lasting change—not simply clock in for a paycheck.

We provide the foundation, space, and support for passionate leaders in recovery to share their gifts and grow in their purpose. When our team thrives, everyone benefits—our clients, our community, and the future of recovery itself.

Mike and Beth Tyrie

Founders, Paducah Recovery

Mike and Beth Tyrie are the founders of Paducah Recovery, an intensive outpatient program (IOP) dedicated to helping individuals build lasting recovery through structure, connection, and compassionate care.

After establishing Victory Homes, a network of sober living houses in Paducah, the Tyries felt called to expand their mission—to create a place where individuals could continue their healing journey with professional support and community accountability.

Paducah Recovery was born from that calling: a space where passionate leaders in recovery can share their gifts, where clients are supported by people who truly understand the path to sobriety, and where every individual is encouraged to grow in purpose and strength.

Through both Victory Homes and Paducah Recovery, Mike and Beth remain committed to building a foundation of hope, healing, and opportunity for those ready to change their lives.
